Inspection

The first step is to have us perform an inspection. We use thermal imaging and moisture readings where necessary to better understand the movement of water and air. If desired, we then provide a written report that shows our findings and provides further recommendations.

In addition to inspecting the building envelope, we may look at the mechanical and ventilation systems of a house to gain a complete understanding of how a home is performing as a system.

We offer residential building envelope inspections as well as condominium or MURB leak detection.

After inspection, we can discuss available options and/or provide a quote for repair.
